Choosing a place to eat in Uncertain can be a hard decision due to its small size (POP 150) or maybe its because it only has three restaurants to choose from! The Shady Glade cafe has received credits and write-ups in the Dallas Morning News and the Fort Worth Star Telegram featuring "The Best Omelet In Texas"
Other favorites everyone seems to rave about, is the old fashion hamburgers and hand-dipped onion rings. Everything on our menu is cooked to order to ensure it meets your standards. The cafe is small, but its the best place to eat in town, just ask one of the locals.

Breakfast starts at 7 A.M. and runs till 10:30 A.M.
Lunch runs from 10:30 AM till closing at 4 P.M. 
Thursday - Sunday 
Extended hours coming in the Spring.
